  Do not use this company for signs. Dean, who goes by 9 star signs & Lights, I think is working under someone elses credentials, does not back up his product. shows up with no tools or supplies. Tries to blame his day labor or quote engineer. first time it rained the transformers started failing. not designed or installed correctly.destoyed my parking lot due to a huge forklift that crushed my parking asphalt. He admitted it was not the one ordered and was double the size but somehow it was not his fault the asphalt caved in. I could write 2 pages of screw ups but have time. the only thing he did well was the permitting. EVERYTHING else was a disaster and now I need to pay someone else the rebuild the inside so the rain does not short it out.
