  This place is so ridiculous. I was in an accident Dec 30, 2017. I was rearended and it was deemed not my fault. However the other drivers insurance put a hold on fixing any of my car damages. I was told my car was a total loss since the damages were going to cost more than what my car was worth. I am still waiting for the other insured drivers insurance to pay off the remaining balance of my car, since I still have a loan balance on my car. In the meantime Caliber collision had my car in the shop and there are more damages to my car now, then when it got hit. The person who was on my case was harassing me after I already told him my attorney would be handling my car and any calls. He was very rude and only wanted to make money. He gave me until Saturday Jan 13th to pick up my car and he would not charge me storage fees. I came in on Tuesday due to the holiday they were closed. My total for the towing from the accident to caliber collision and storage fees totalled out to $728. Even when trying to explain about not charging for Saturday, he was very combative, rude, and had an attitude while talking to me. I will never take my car here ever! When I addressed the damages to my car, which were not caused by the accident he dismissed them and said it was the towing company that towed it in that way. After the insurance did their cost estimate for the damages and deemed it a total loss I still have not received any of the paperwork to this day. When i asked for the estimate palerwork i was told they could not provide it to me since the insjrsnce halted the repsairs. Which doesnt make sense since they needed to give paperwork to the insurance company to begin with. This is very unprofessional! I do not recommend this place at all!
